We booked beforehand and chose the most expensive set with wine pairing for lunch. The whole meal is very tasty! Definitely one of my best Sushi experience. You can feel Chef puts a lot of heart into his food. Chef speaks English and he is very nice and helpful. I even learned a bit of fish and Sushi knowledge during the meal. The dessert is also very delicious.

Awesome restaurant for me. They provide chef’s choice menu in reasonable price. And service was very nice. He is very kind and he can speak English, so he explain about dishes in English. And this restaurant was listed in tabelog which is japanese famous restaurant app.

Worth visiting the city for only this sushi restaurant because of its high quality and unbeatable local ingredients

Best sushi I’ve ever had!!!

Amazing experience. We arrived slightly early for our 18:00 counter sitting and felt like we were taking seats at the theatre, waiting with increasing anticipation as stage hands finalised the set and patrons shared light banter. Master Kimura didn't fail to disappoint sharing an exquisite meal combined with valuable insights into the sumeshi (酢飯), kobujime (昆布〆), seasonal catch, nihonshu pairings, etc (an interesting fact being that he uses red vinegar (赤酢) with no sugar in the sumeshi). Many highlights but the texture of the otoro (大トロ) was like never seen before and just melted in the mouth, local specialities nodo guro (のど黒) and buri (鰤) were also superb. Very highly recommended.

As for the price and quality and innovativeness of this sushi restaurant, it is unbeatable. Try their sake pairing, although its only from one sake factory it is so amazing. Dont drive and stay for one night nearby, you'd never regret it. the only downside is the small of the vinegar when you go in, but you would not notice it after a while.

This is my second visit.It's a sushi restaurant with different ratings depending on the person, but it was very delicious to me.As for the story of the general, I am dizzy because of the large amount of knowledge.It's a store you'll want to visit again.It was 1 hour and 30 minutes in no time.

One of the best Sushj I have never eaten before. So well arrangement of Sushi and Sake, the combination is fantastic!Must try, even worth you take 90 min traveling for Kanazawa.

Could this be the best in Japan ? In the World ?Definitely my favorite. Been 4 times and am always amazed by the tastes and the master's skills and explanations.Absolutely fantastic.

One of the highest peaks of sushi in Toyama. I can only say that the shade is effective and it is delicious. The general also has a strong character, but it feels very comfortable, so I definitely want to visit again.
